St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and Franklin County, plus the Metro East: Madison, St. Clair, and Monroe counties in Illinois. The engineer holds active PE licensure in both Missouri and Illinois, so Metro East work gets sealed under the Illinois license instead of referred out to someone else.
Visits anywhere in this area are usually on the calendar within three business days of booking.
Past the core counties there’s an add-on — and you see the number before you book, not after the visit.
Lincoln, Warren, Washington, and Ste. Genevieve counties, and generally anywhere inside about 60 miles of St. Louis. The travel charge gets added to your quote up front, so the figure you agree to is the figure on the invoice. No line item that shows up after the engineer’s already been out.
Beyond the 60-mile line, visits go out when there’s enough work in that direction to justify the drive — not on a fixed schedule.
